Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Source, evaluate, and manage used vehicle inventory to meet dealership sales goals. Pricing Strategy: Set competitive pricing to optimize profitability while maintaining market alignment. Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and support the used car sales team to reach individual and team targets. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship-building.
