If you enjoy working with customers, coordinating repairs, collaborating with insurance partners, and helping a team succeed, we’d love to hear from you.Compensation & BenefitsEarn $60,000–$70,000+ per yearPerformance-based bonus opportunities4-Day Work WeekMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysOngoing professional development and leadership trainingCareer advancement opportunities within the Shottenkirk Automotive GroupEmployee Vehicle Purchase ProgramEmployee DiscountsStable, full-time career with a growing dealership groupResponsibilitiesCollision EstimatingGreet customers and perform thorough vehicle damage inspectionsPrepare accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE or similar estimating softwareCommunicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair processWrite supplements and update repair estimates as neededCoordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and insurance adjusters to ensure repairs stay on scheduleMaintain accurate repair documentation, photos, and repair authorizationsDeliver an exceptional customer experience from estimate through final vehicle deliveryAssistant Manager ResponsibilitiesAssist the Collision Center Manager with daily operations and workflow managementHelp lead, coach, and support technicians, estimators, and office staffMonitor repair quality, productivity, cycle times, and customer satisfactionAssist with scheduling repairs and allocating work throughout the shopEnsure repairs meet OEM standards and dealership quality expectationsMaintain strong relationships with insurance partners and DRP programsAssist with hiring, onboarding, and developing new team membersPromote a safe, clean, and organized work environmentQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of collision estimating, collision repair, or body shop experienceExperience using CCC ONE or similar estimating software preferredStrong understanding of collision repair procedures and insurance estimatingExcellent communication, organizational, and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordPreferred QualificationsPrevious leadership, shop foreman, or management experience in a collision centerI-CAR, ASE, or OEM certificationsExperience working with DRP programs and insurance partnersBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusWhy Join Shottenkirk Chevrolet Buick GMC Fort Madison?At Shottenkirk, we believe great leaders deserve the opportunity to grow.
