Senior Specialist, Supplier Quality

Senior Specialist role in supplier quality for Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division, managing lifecycle oversight of over 3,500 suppliers across multiple platforms. Responsible for supplier selection, qualification, risk management, compliance auditing, and cross-functional collaboration across global manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier lifecycle including selection, qualification, risk assessment, performance monitoring, and compliance auditing
• Lead supplier quality management system activities including nonconformances, investigations, change control, and audits
• Collaborate with site quality assurance teams on supplier performance and material or service changes
• Support customer and regulatory inspections across JJIM sites and drive supplier relationship management
• Project manage quality initiatives with cross-site impact and deliver change management communications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; science, engineering, or technical background preferred
• Minimum 5 years in product or supplier lifecycle management across biotherapeutics, synthetics, and advanced therapies
• End-to-end supply chain management or site-based quality assurance experience
• GMP and ICH regulation knowledge with direct regulatory inspection exposure
• Proficiency in external quality/supplier quality management systems for nonconformances and audits
• Strong analytical and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to travel 10-15% and work remotely with self-direction
