The Regional Director of Nursing (RDON) serves as the clinical and operational administrator responsible for oversight of all Trusted Ally Home Care clinical operations across all states served by the organization. This role provides strategic leadership, regulatory oversight, operational accountability, and direct clinical support to ensure the delivery of safe, compliant, high-quality, and patient-centered care in accordance with federal regulations, state-specific home care regulations, DOL-EEOICPA requirements, ACHC accreditation standards, and organizational policies.

The RDON is accountable for the administration, supervision, coordination, and continuous improvement of clinical services organization-wide, including ownership of the agency's Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program, survey readiness activities, risk mitigation processes, and regulatory compliance initiatives. This position serves as a leader, mentor, administrator, and operational decision-maker responsible for maintaining clinical excellence, accreditation readiness, interdisciplinary collaboration, patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and organizational alignment across all states of operation.

Education and experience qualifications include:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN): Master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration preferred.
• Licensure: Must hold a valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of practice.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of nursing experience required; at least 4 years of experience in home health, nursing leadership, or a related field strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in a leadership or management role is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards concerning home health services with the Department of Labor a plus
• Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, nursing leadership, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule and to be on-call rotation
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHRs) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and/or access to a reliable vehicle or transportation for State travel. based on geographical location of clients.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Working environment includes:

• This position may require working in clients' homes within varying environments—some may be multi-story homes, while others might have pets or specific housekeeping conditions to adapt to.
• Flexibility in scheduling may be required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on client needs.
• Physical tasks involved may include assisting with mobility, lifting clients, and performing basic household chores.

Salary range: $105,000 - $130,000 based on experience.
