Job Summary The Speech-Language Pathologist will participate in the screening and assessment of all children, serve as Case Manager for children with Speech-Language Delays, and ensure the effective implementation of communication goals in home and preschool settings. This role involves coordinating resources and referrals, generating Multidisciplinary Team reports, and ensuring service delivery and successful transitions to kindergarten. The Speech-Language Pathologist will also provide direct services to qualifying children from birth through age 5 and offer training and consultation to Teachers and Educational Assistants.
