Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial tenants
Read, interpret and administer commercial leases
Negotiate lease renewals and assist with lease administration
Coordinate repairs, maintenance and capital projects
Oversee tenant and property insurance compliance
Manage a diverse commercial portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors
Maintain accurate records and documentation
