Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a 37-bed intermediate care unit.
• Effectively manage patient ratios of 1:6; 1:4 for heart catheterization patients.
• Administer and monitor IV medication drips and PCA pump usage.
• Support heart catheterization recovery and perform bubble studies.
• Utilize Meditech for electronic medical records management.
• Maintain strong critical thinking skills and engage positively with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with a minimum of 1 year of acute care telemetry experience.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.
• NIH Stroke Certification is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and provide engaged patient care.
• Strong critical thinking skills and a positive attitude.
