Desired Qualifications:

• Current and active Virginia School Psychologist license
• Experience working with diverse student populations across K-12 grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and behavioral assessments for individual students
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and monitor student support plans
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams, including IEP and 504 meetings
• Serve as a resource for mental health concerns, behavioral interventions, and classroom management strategies
• Maintain detailed, confidential records and prepare required reports
• Promote inclusive, supportive school environments for all learners
