Senior Accountant

Why This Role Stands Out Join a company experiencing growth and expansion across multiple states High visibility within a close‑knit accounting team Direct partnership with Accounting leadership and exposure to the CFO Strong focus on process improvement, automation, and system enhancements Opportunity to make a real impact in an organization that’s still building and refining Family‑oriented culture with a true team‑first mindset What You’ll Be Doing Owning balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy across accounts Supporting full‑cycle accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, and month‑end close Managing key accounting areas such as prepaids, fixed assets, payroll accounting, and general ledger activity Partnering with AP, AR, and payroll teams to ensure clean, accurate financial reporting Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency through automation Supporting ERP usage and system optimization (Vista or similar) Assisting with ad hoc projects and reporting as the business continues to grow What They’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field 3+ years of accounting experience with solid understanding of GAAP Hands‑on experience owning balance sheet reconciliations and month‑end close Well‑rounded accounting background across multiple functions Experience in a service‑based or project‑based environment preferred ERP experience (Vista a plus) Strong analytical skills and a process‑improvement mindset Ability to work independently while collaborating in a changing environment The Environment Collaborative, supportive leadership team Growing organization with evolving systems and processes Opportunity to contribute ideas and help shape how things are done This role is a great fit for a hands‑on Senior Accountant who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and growing alongside a company that’s actively building for the future. #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
