Our organization is on the lookout for a Family Medicine Core Faculty Member to play a pivotal role in shaping future physicians within our expanding Family Medicine Residency Program . This is a fantastic chance to merge clinical practice with teaching and mentorship in a collaborative, patient-focused setting.

Position Highlights

• Act as Core Faculty for a residency program comprising 24 residents.
• Engage in various aspects of care, including inpatient, outpatient, pediatric, and prenatal services.
• Contribute to curriculum design, oversee residents, and participate in scholarly activities.
• Work within a 900-bed hospital , recognized for having one of the busiest Emergency Departments nationwide.
• Utilize a newly constructed continuity clinic dedicated to patient care.
• Benefit from on-site research support and academic resources.
• Receive an academic appointment with affiliated medical schools.

Qualifications

• Possess an MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Family Medicine .
• Eligible for licensure to practice medicine in Florida.
• A strong enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring residents and medical students.
• Dedication to evidence-based, comprehensive family medicine.

Qualifications

• Must be board certified or board eligible through ABMS or AOA.
• Must hold a current Florida medical license or be able to obtain one.
