HVAC Superintendent

We're seeking a driven field leader to join our team in Manassas, VA , overseeing HVAC installations on major multifamily developments. You'll work alongside some of the industry's top general contractors, including Clark & WT , delivering high-quality projects that shape communities across the region. What You’ll Be Doing? Lead and manage HVAC field operations from start to finish Coordinate crews, schedules, and subcontractors to keep projects on track Maintain the highest standards for quality, safety, and productivity Collaborate closely with project managers, general contractors, and other trades Identify and solve field challenges before they impact schedules Mentor field personnel and foster a culture of accountability and excellence What We’re Looking For? 5+ years of experience leading HVAC construction projects, preferably in multifamily or commercial construction Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and construction sequencing Proven leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Commitment to delivering exceptional results safely and efficiently Why Join Us?
