Assistant Manager

At PABLO, our Assistant Managers help lead the team and make sure every shift runs the way it should.

We’re looking for someone who can lead from the floor, take care of guests, support the team, and make good decisions when things get busy. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes ownership and wants to grow with PABLO.

What You’ll Do:

Help lead day-to-day restaurant and bar operations

Run shifts and keep the team organized throughout service

Support and coach servers, hosts, bartenders, food runners, and other team members

Make sure guests receive great service and step in when something needs attention

Help manage opening and closing procedures

Monitor cleanliness, organization, and overall restaurant standards

Work closely with the kitchen, bar, security, VIP, and management teams

Handle guest concerns and find solutions quickly and professionally

Help with training and developing new team members

Monitor breaks, staffing, and the flow of service throughout the shift

Help maintain PABLO’s service, hospitality, and operating standards

Take ownership when a manager needs to make a decision

What You Bring:

Previous restaurant, bar, hospitality, or management experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

The ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure

A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Strong organization and attention to detail

A team-first attitude

Reliable availability, including evenings and weekends

Interest in growing into a larger leadership role with PABL
