Job Description

Join a team where materials become light. In this role, you’ll help transform InP and GaAs wafers into finished semiconductor lasers by partnering closely with wafer processing engineers and executing the hands-on steps that make performance possible.

Your mission

Work alongside wafer processing engineers to fabricate InP and GaAs–based semiconductor lasers.
Own critical portions of the laser fabrication process, from careful handling to assembly tasks.
Operate inspection tools to capture measurements and interpret data for next-step decisions.
Keep digital information organized through disciplined computer file management.

You’ll thrive here if you bring

Prior exposure to semiconductor wafer processing (preferred).
Steady hands and keen eyesight using microscopes, tweezers, and similar fine-assembly tools with compound semiconductor wafers.
Confidence with computers for data collection, basic analysis, and documentation.
