This individual will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory operations within a warehouse environment. The role includes executing weekly inventory counts, spot audits, and quality audit schedules, while working closely with Warehouse Supervisors to ensure proper allocation of product, equipment, and labor resources. This person will analyze and distribute daily reports on inventory and audit results, identify trends and discrepancies, and drive corrective actions. Responsibilities also include conducting hands-on audits across receiving, unloading, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations, documenting findings in Excel, and partnering with leadership to implement process improvements. Strong communication skills are required to collaborate cross-functionally and resolve inventory issues efficiently. Compensation : $50,000 to $55,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
