Location 100 Old River Road,Suite 150,Bakersfield, CA, 93311,United States Base Pay $70.03 - $85.46 / Hour MindDivers is hiring a Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed care in an outpatient behavioral health setting. This role partners tightly with psychiatric providers, therapists, care managers, and operations to drive safe treatment decisions, excellent patient experience, and clean documentation that supports compliant billing. You’ll own the end-to-end clinical workflow for assigned visits—assessment, plan development, treatment/med orders per scope, patient education, documentation, and coordination- while staying aligned with MindDivers standards, payer requirements, and regulatory expectations. This position is full-time, but part-time is possible for the right applicant. Qualifications Required Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant license in California Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited PA program Active NCCPA certification Current DEA registration (if prescribing is part of the role) and ability to meet clinic/payer credentialing requirements Current BLS (ACLS preferred depending on setting) Strong documentation skills and comfort working in an EHR Preferred 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience (behavioral health/psychiatry experience is a plus) Experience with integrated care models and multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with measurement-based care and trauma-informed approaches #J-18808-Ljbffr
