Westwood, Los Angeles (Full-Time, In-Office) $80,000 — $140,000 About Disbo Disbo is building the financial operating system for the legal industry. We replace paper checks with digital payments and help law firms, medical providers, and legal professionals move settlement money faster, cleaner, and in full compliance. We’re modernizing a massive industry that still runs on PDFs, spreadsheets, mailed checks, and manual workflows. This is not a slow corporate marketing role. We want someone who can help launch and scale a real fintech product — someone who understands modern SaaS marketing, product positioning, growth strategy, AI tools, content execution, and how to make complicated products feel simple and exciting. If you’ve worked in startups, SaaS, fintech, AI tools, creator tech, growth marketing, or product launches — we want to talk. What You’ll Do Help lead the launch and go-to-market strategy for Disbo Translate complex fintech/legal workflows into clear messaging and positioning Build product marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, video, social media, and paid channels Work directly with leadership on growth strategy, user acquisition, onboarding, and activation Create content that explains the product in a modern, engaging, non-corporate way Develop product narratives, landing pages, launch campaigns, demos, and sales enablement materials Use AI tools and automation platforms to improve speed and execution Coordinate with engineering, sales, partnerships, onboarding, and operations teams Analyze campaign performance and optimize growth initiatives Assist with events, partnerships, customer stories, and brand development Ideal Candidate 3–6 years of experience in SaaS, fintech, startup, AI, growth marketing, or product marketing Strong understanding of digital marketing and modern growth strategies Comfortable creating content and being hands-on Understands social media, product storytelling, and internet culture Familiar with AI tools, automations, CRM systems, and modern marketing workflows Startup mentality — fast-moving, adaptable, resourceful Strong communication and creative thinking skills Comfortable working in-office with a collaborative team SaaS or fintech startup experience Product launch or GTM experience Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, AI tools, or marketing automations Experience creating short-form content or founder-led content Experience in legal tech, fintech, creator economy, or B2B SaaS #J-18808-Ljbffr Disbo
