Facility Coordinator

The position of Facility Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day to day operations of the facility to support the business units in the location and manage daily transactions of the global Access Control System. The ideal candidate will be energetic, friendly, and enjoy working with people. Description Professionally manage local facility and related vendors Maintain the Access Control cards and Access Levels for the local segment of global Access Control system Interact with TPC managers to maintain and report Access Control issues Greet and interact with clients, vendors, and visitors and coordinate their visit with the appropriate staff member Responsible for appearance and maintenance of the facility Sign for & track FedEx/UPS/messenger packages Order office and pantry supplies Prepare UPS/FedEx shipments Coordinating and maintaining of office space, security badges, and office keys and their inventories Liaison with the building Property Manager for facility issues and event authorizations Coordinate service with the building cleaning vendor Perform general office work supporting Supervisor Act as a point of contact for equipment/services/operations issues in facility Coordinate the maintenance of plumbing, lighting , air conditioning units, UPS systems and electric generators Oversee the maintenance of the facilities fire system, submersible pump and water pressure Perform minor maintenance repairs and take steps to mitigate additional damage when waiting for outsourced repairs Other duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Director of Operations Required Skills Strong customer-service orientation A friendly disposition Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Ability to independently troubleshoot and drive issues to resolution Must possess excellent customer service skills and a willingness to be helpful Ability to maintain professionalism in all situation Desired Skills and experience Experience in security controls Handyman type skills Experience working in a receptionist role, or similar experience Valid Driver's License Site address: 1015 Belvidere St, El Paso, TX 79912 TransPerfect provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by states, federal, or local law. #J-18808-Ljbffr TransPerfect
