A contract opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school setting located in Lewiston, ME. This role involves working directly with children to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ABA therapy services in accordance with individualized treatment plans
- Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
- Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and other school staff to optimize interventions
- Maintain compliance with all ethical and professional standards for RBTs
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience working in school or educational settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow detailed behavior intervention plans with fidelity
- Reliable, professional, and passionate about supporting children's behavioral growth
