The University of Massachusetts Boston is hiring a Job Developer for the Institute of Community Inclusion. This role focuses on assisting individuals with disabilities to secure and retain employment. Responsibilities include developing employer relationships, providing job supports, and facilitating necessary services for success. A bachelor's degree and relevant experience are required.
