Job Summary

Wolfson Children's Hospital is looking is currently hiring for a Patient Enrichment Assistant to our Family Support Services Department in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time opportunity at our downtown campus.

Our Patient Enrichment Assistant at Wolfson Children's Hospital is essential to the team as they plan & coordinate special events and entertainment to our patients and families specifically on our hematology/oncology unit.

Patient Enrichment Assistant, Job Responsibilities:

Planning, scheduling and evaluating special events and therapeutic entertainment.
Assisting in administrative and clinical tasks.
Working collaboratively with internal and external partners, as needed, to successfully plan and execute functions.
Assisting patients and families with resources throughout treatment to improve the patient experience.
Resolving issues around complicated resource needs that impede the patient and family receiving optimal care

Experience Requirements:

1-2 years Customer Service Experience
1-2 year's Experience working in a hospital setting

Education & Credential Requirements:

High School Diploma
