Construction Field Supervisor needed in the Great State of Ohio (Cincinnati)

Exterior Trim Field Supervisor

Day-to-Day Role:

• Reports to Construction Manager for Exterior Trim and Siding, primarily new construction single family homes. 
• Monitor progress for all self-performing work, subcontractor coordination, supervision, and job site safety
• Blueprint reading, layout and planning of the day-to-day work to perform roofing installation or other related tasks
• Manage scheduling and coordination of subcontractors, labor and materials
• Daily review of “work in place” and compliance of work with plans
• Manage overall safety of the job site
• Maintain daily paperwork such as time cards, field reports, etc.

Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in residential sidings installation and/or general construction
• Solid working knowledge of exterior trim and siding installation, and general construction
• Supervisor and subcontractor experience
• Ability to travel from job site to job site
