Job Description
As a Junior Retail Manager, you will support store operations to ensure excellent customer service, efficient staff management, and inventory control. This role helps drive sales and maintain a positive shopping environment under the guidance of senior management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations and staff performance
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
- Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising
- Help implement sales strategies and promotions to meet targets
- Train and motivate retail staff to achieve their goals
- Maintain store standards, including cleanliness and visual displays
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
