Vice President of Transformation (Miami)

I am retained on an exclusive basis to appoint a VP of Transformation for a significant US manufacturing business headquartered in Miami, Florida, at a critical and exciting point in its evolution.

This is a newly created executive role, reporting directly to the CEO. The business has established a strong market position and is now making a serious commitment to modernising its operations, technology infrastructure and organisational capability to support the next phase of ambitious growth. This hire will be the driving force behind that agenda.

The Opportunity

This is not a continuous improvement or lean manufacturing role in isolation. The organisation is seeking a bold, commercially sharp transformation leader who can own the entire change agenda — assessing what needs to evolve, building a credible roadmap and delivering it with pace, discipline and conviction.

You will join a business with genuine momentum, strong leadership backing and the resources to do transformation properly. Miami offers a dynamic business environment and this role sits at the heart of a genuinely exciting executive remit.

The Role Will Cover

• Enterprise-wide transformation strategy design and execution
• AI adoption, automation and smart manufacturing initiatives
• ERP modernisation, systems integration and digital infrastructure
• Operational efficiency, production optimisation and supply chain transformation
• Scaling the operating model to support significant commercial and geographic growth
• Organisational design, governance structures and performance frameworks
• Cultural change and embedding continuous improvement across a complex, multi-site environment

About You

You will be a proven transformation executive with a track record of driving meaningful, measurable change within manufacturing, industrial or complex operational environments.

Specifically you will bring:

• Executive-level experience leading large-scale transformation within manufacturing, industrial, or related operational businesses
• Deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within a manufacturing environment — from the shop floor to the boardroom
• A powerful blend of strategic vision and hands‑on execution credibility
• Strong commercial acumen — you understand how transformation directly impacts margin, efficiency and competitive position
• Proven experience influencing CEO and board‑level stakeholders in a fast‑moving business
• A track record of delivering AI, automation, ERP or digital change programmes at scale
• The leadership presence to bring people with you through complex, multi-layered change

Backgrounds may include VP of Transformation , Transformation Director, Chief Operating Officer, VP of Operations, Business Improvement Director or equivalent senior executive roles within manufacturing or industrial organisations.
