Our client is a well-established, mid-sized public accounting firm that has been serving businesses, organizations, and individuals across North Alabama for over 70 years. They're known for giving every client close, personalized attention, and they've built a culture where people genuinely come first. They're adding Tax Seniors and Tax Managers to the team.

The Role

\n
• A mix of tax preparation and review, with the balance depending on your experience level
\n
• Work with a wide variety of clients across nearly every industry, so no two weeks look the same
\n
• Partner directly with clients to provide proactive tax planning and advisory support
\n
• Help mentor and develop staff as the team continues to grow
\n

What You Bring

\n
• Tax experience in public accounting at the Senior or Manager level
\n
• Comfort handling both preparation and review
\n
• CPA or progress toward licensure preferred
\n
• Someone who enjoys client work and wants to be part of a close-knit team
\n

Compensation and Benefits

• $90K-$120K base salary, depending on experience
\n
• Annual bonus plus profit sharing
\n
• 4 weeks of PTO
\n
• Hybrid work schedule
\n
