Adjunct Faculty - Psychology and Neuroscience - Emmanuel College

Job Description The Psychology and Neuroscience department is looking for an adjunct instructor to teach one section of the following Fall 2026 Neuroscience Course: This course will examine the relationships between hormones, the brain and behavior. We will approach this from a biological psychology perspective, thus we will begin with an overview of the anatomy and physiology of the endocrine systems, the chemistry of hormones, and the cellular and molecular features of hormone action. We will follow by looking at a number of behaviors and their regulation by hormones. This course meets Mo/Wd 2:50‑4:05PM and the semester runs September 2nd through December 16th, 2026. Requirements Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in a related field and demonstrate a record of, or promise of successful teaching at the college level.
