Job Details Hybrid schedule! Great work-life balance! Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 per year. Benefits Competitive compensation package with bonus potential Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with firm contribution/match Paid time off and firm holidays Life and disability insurance Hybrid work schedule flexibility Lower billable expectations compared to many traditional litigation firms Professional development and mentorship opportunities Business development support Collaborative and team‑oriented culture Responsibilities Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and prepare pleadings and discovery Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, mediations and client meetings Develop case strategy and work directly with clients Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on complex matters Assist with trial preparation and trial support as needed Mentor junior attorneys and support staff when appropriate Qualifications 5+ years of litigation experience (preferred) Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Experience handling civil litigation matters in Texas state and/or federal court Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships Deposition and motion practice experience required Trial experience is a plus, but not required Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
