Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Contract Opportunity

Location: Elkins, West Virginia
Contract Duration: 14 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 24 Hours per Week

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment in Elkins, WV. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care, support patient well-being, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Support patient comfort, safety, and daily care needs.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and healthcare practices.
• Follow facility policies, infection control standards, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or clinical settings preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
