Senior Administrative AssistantThe City of Elk Grove is currently accepting applications for a Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Operations Divisions in the Public Works Department. This position will provide high level administrative duties including scheduling and management of high-volume calendars, reviewing and processing complex invoices, tracking budget expenditures, coordinating business travel and training, drafting memos and business correspondence, and coordinating work with other Divisions and Departments when necessary. This in-person position will be located at the City's Corporation Yard. Alternative 9/80 schedule is available.
