You will leverage your diagnostic expertise and hands-on repair experience to troubleshoot complex issues, perform component-level repairs, and ensure equipment is returned to full functionality. Your contributions help drive operational efficiency and uphold a high standard of technical excellence across the organization.What You'll DoTroubleshoot and repair advanced electronic equipment down to the component levelService mechanical and electromechanical systems, including variable transformers, pumps, laser welders, and environmental chambersSafely diagnose and repair high-voltage power supplies and associated test equipmentRead and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation across digital, analog, and logic circuitryDisassemble, rebuild, and reassemble complex mechanical and electronic assembliesApply analytical problem-solving skills to resolve non-standard electrical and mechanical issuesAccurately document repair activity, parts usage, and diagnostic findings in internal systemsPartner with engineering and operations teams to support continuous improvement in repair processesWhat You NeedSkills & AbilitiesStrong troubleshooting skills across electronic, electrical, and mechanical systemsAbility to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical instructionsWorking knowledge of basic math for diagnostics and calculationsIntermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, database systems, and general systems navigationExperience working with RF equipment and high-voltage systems preferredExperience & EducationTechnical associate degree or equivalent military training – required2–5 years of related electronics repair experience – requiredWhat We OfferYou'll join a team that values precision, collaboration, and continuous learning.
