General Production Worker

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Production Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Pueblo, CO. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in production and manufacturing with competitive pay and advancement opportunities.

Location: Pueblo, CO

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, 12-Hour Shifts

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Assist with manufacturing and production processes
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support team production goals and deadlines
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts
• Strong attention to safety and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
