Compensation:

$100,000+ On Target Earnings

Responsibilities:

• Lead the escrow team with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all transactions are processed smoothly.
• Foster strong relationships with agents and clients, providing exceptional service that encourages repeat business.
• Oversee the preparation and review of closing documents, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and other parties to resolve any issues that arise during the closing process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations, sharing insights with the team to enhance our service.
• Implement and refine processes to improve workflow and reduce errors, contributing to the team's overall success.
• Train and mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers within the company.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing escrow operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients, fostering repeat business.
• Proven track record of overseeing the preparation and review of closing documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Strong coordination skills to effectively resolve issues with lenders, real estate agents, and other parties during the closing process.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations, with a commitment to sharing insights with the team.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and refine processes to improve workflow and reduce errors.
• Experience in training and mentoring team members, supporting their skill development and career advancement within the company.
