Job Summary

The Purchasing Coordinator supports procurement activities for network equipment, services, and materials. The role manages purchasing processes, vendor coordination, purchase orders, invoices, compliance, delivery tracking, and procurement documentation while supporting program, engineering, supply chain, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of equipment, services, and materials.
• Manage purchasing processes in accordance with federal regulations and company policies.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, terms, delivery, and equipment requirements.
• Ensure hardware procurements comply with Trade Agreement Act requirements.
• Track equipment orders and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Coordinate with program management and engineering teams on equipment specifications.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor quality and delivery performance.
• Support Equipment List and Bill of Materials development.
• Reconcile purchase orders and invoices.
• Coordinate with supply chain, inventory, and logistics teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Knowledge of government contracting regulations preferred.
• Strong vendor coordination, purchasing, documentation, and organizational skills.
• DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, approximately 5% or less.
