Principal Data Scientist
As a Principal Data Scientist at G-P, you will be instrumental in building GIA, our AI for General Counsel and HR teams. This role sits at the intersection of data science, engineering, and product analytics, requiring you to build the necessary data infrastructure, analyze product usage, and turn insights into impactful product decisions. Join us in reshaping the future of work with a focus on innovation and global collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own data infrastructure including pipelines, warehousing, and data quality.
- Analyze product usage and user behavior to identify patterns and surface meaningful insights.
- Develop models that ship, using LLM-based systems and traditional ML techniques.
- Define and track metrics that matter, connecting data to product and GTM decisions.
- Run experiments to measure impact and turn data into actionable product strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, and analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- LLM experience including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
