Job Description Summary Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance. Site Overview The GE Aerospace facility in McAllen is one of our centers of expertise specializing in the repair of engine components used in commercial and military aircraft. These include LPT Nozzles, HPT Nozzles, and HPT Hangars. You’ll find state of the art technologies in CNC, EDM, and Coating as well as advanced technology development within our new Tech Lab. Role Overview As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will oversee and manage front-line manufacturing employees, typically managing hourly employee populations. This position is primarily on‑site. You will develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and use your prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy and strategy.
