Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Pensacola, FL. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location. This role supports acute care and rehabilitative services within a health system that provides cardiology, oncology, neurology, orthopedics, behavioral health, obstetrics, and rehabilitative medicine.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or hospital-based settings preferred.
• Ability to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and document per facility standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• CERTIFICATIONS: Advanced certifications in neurorehabilitation or orthopedics preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records and outcome measurement tools preferred.
• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM.
• Shift Days: Days, consistent weekday schedule.
• Clinical environment includes acute care and comprehensive physical rehabilitation services.
• Candidates may be required to float to other facilities within the health system as needed.
