As a Preschool Teacher, you will foster a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that supports the growth and development of young children through play-based learning and a structured curriculum. You will maintain daily communication with parents, support child development, and collaborate with the childcare team to implement effective educational programs while managing classroom activities and ensuring child safety.
Responsibilities
- Communicate daily and as needed with parents about their child’s progress and needs
- Manage classroom activities to create a structured and stimulating environment
- Monitor child safety and respond promptly to any concerns
- Keep accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement educational programs
- Coordinate activities that support child development and behavior monitoring
- Prepare and maintain the classroom environment, including daily setup and cleanup
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in early childhood education
