$2448.00/week - Job Summary: Providing specialized nursing care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting, the Registered Nurse will oversee patient care, ensuring compliance with clinical standards. The nurse will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Execute comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions aligned with physician orders. Monitor patient progress, documenting changes and responding to clinical needs promptly. Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate ongoing care and discharge planning. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, infection control, and compliance standards. Support on-call duties, providing after-hours coverage as part of a rotating schedule. Qualifications: Valid RN license with current state licensure. Minimum of 1 year recent experience in LTAC, MS/TELE, or Adult ICU settings. Demonstrated proficiency with EPIC EMR and clinical documentation. Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Certification. Neuro experience preferred, with ability to handle complex cases.
