Case Manager, Mental Health Growth, Impact & Benefits

A community-focused mental health organization in Thornton, Colorado is looking for a dedicated Case Manager. In this role, you will provide clinical support and integrate services for individuals with mental health conditions. You will be responsible for coordinating care, implementing evidence-based practices, and empowering consumers to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and clinical skills and must have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field. A valid Colorado Driver's license is required, along with a passion for community-driven mental health support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
