Make an impact supporting students as a dedicated school psychologist on a contract assignment for the 2026-2027 academic year. In this role, you’ll work within a single building in a supportive school environment, offering comprehensive psychological services to a caseload of 40-50 students. Your expertise will be instrumental in conducting evaluations, facilitating IEP meetings, and implementing research-based behavioral and academic interventions.

Your school year will begin August 24, 2026 and extend through June 7, 2027, with steady weekly hours (37.5 per week). You’ll play a pivotal part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to help each child thrive.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience administering psychoeducational assessments and developing IEPs
• Skilled in intervention strategies and crisis response
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal special education regulations
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Comfort working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and re-evaluations as part of the special education process
• Provide direct intervention and consultative services to students and staff
• Lead and participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
• Advise on behavioral and academic interventions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with all requirements
• Serve as a valuable resource for staff and families regarding mental health and educational supports
