If you have MIG welding experience and enjoy working with robotic welding equipment, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career!Hours:1st shift working from 5 am to 11:30 am, Monday – Friday2nd shift working from 3 pm to 1:30 am, Monday – Friday (+$1 shift differential)What You'll DoOperate Motoman robotic welding equipment while performing manual MIG welding as needed.Load materials into fixtures using an overhead crane and prepare equipment for production.Set up welding programs, verify machine settings, and complete first-piece inspections.Inspect finished welds for quality using visual inspections and measuring equipment.Complete production documentation while maintaining quality and safety standards.What We're Looking ForPrevious MIG welding experience is required.Experience operating robotic welding equipment preferred.Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.Basic computer and math skills.High School Diploma or GED.Outstanding BenefitsHSA with Company Contribution401(k)Paid HolidaysPaid VacationReady to join a company that values your welding skills?
