Job Opportunity – Medical/Surgical Telemetry RN – Float Pool – Ohio

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day/Night rotating shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM. Shifts may vary based on operational needs. Float pool assignment with potential rotation to multiple units caring for medical/surgical telemetry patient populations. Every other holiday required.

• Float pool position with exposure to diverse patient populations across medical/surgical telemetry units
• ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments completed during orientation
• Comprehensive pre-start and annual module-based education provided
• Extension opportunities available for up to 18 months
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate

Requirements:

• Active permanent Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license required at time of submission
• Minimum 18 months combined permanent experience in medical/surgical telemetry (preferably within one location)
• Minimum 18 months recent MS/Telemetry experience (travel experience accepted)
• Current certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director from specialty work within the past 12 months required
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Clear background check with no open cases; no license restrictions
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
