Production- Assembly Team Member

Job Description We have an exciting opportunity to join our successful, energetic, and growing production and manufacturing team. Prime candidates have a knack for handling tools, a strong work ethic, enjoy working and possess some machine operating experience. Our thriving, reliable, and skilled team members enjoy a challenging, dynamic working environment directed by a supportive management team in our Kingston, PA warehouse. Responsibilities Operating routers, drill presses, table saws, plastic heat benders, sonic welders, buffing machines Start machinery and make adjustments to improve performance Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance Perform quality control, follow reporting and record‑keeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor Comply with all safety regulations Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in the work area Be part of the team and help with other tasks when necessary Hours – 1st Shift Only – 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday‑Friday (No Weekends Required) Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience Must be detail‑oriented Understanding of production processes Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement Ability to follow written and oral instructions Ability to work in a team Ability to lift heavy equipment, bend, and stand or walk for long periods of time in a fast‑paced environment Must have good attendance and be on time daily Computer skills a plus Benefits and Conditions Waiting period may apply Only full‑time employees eligible 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Azar International Inc
