Qualifications Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree received by June 2026 or prior (required) One year of customer service or related experience (preferred) Willingness to relocate for the right role or advancement opportunity Demonstrated financial acumen including profit and loss management, inventory, and cash handling skills Effective written and verbal communication with peers, employees, clients, and customers Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Basic understanding of contract administration and client relations Basic knowledge of operating and maintenance instructions, safety regulations, codes, and department policy manuals Mechanical inclination Competency in all Microsoft Office applications Driver’s License (required for transportation roles) Manager in Training Role As an Environmental Services Manager in Training (MIT), you will gain preparation for a potential future role within our support services team leadership. During the on‑site, hands‑on learning portion of your onboarding, you will participate in Compass Group’s Accelerated Manager Program (AMP). Upon successful completion of AMP, relocation within your region may be required to qualify for placement opportunities. Placement or promotion to a full‑time management position is based on performance and business need, and is not guaranteed.
