PROJECT CONTROLS ENGINEER Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Training & development Tuition assistance Vision insurance SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR 10 plus years of experience in automation 5+ years of A-B and/or Siemens PLC Programming Experience in Manufacturing Automation 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, IT Applications, and Plant Floor Operations Proficient in Programming Skills, including using Studio 5000 and/or Step 7 Excellent organizational and project management skills Exceptional presentation skills, both written and oral Ability to work closely with Clients Demonstrate strong Project Management skills within the controls automation environment Lead a team of engineers as required, ensuring effective collaboration and achieving project objectives Spearhead the execution, deployment, and integration of both hardware and software components Provide dedicated support to program goals during launch phases, ensuring adherence to standards in both build and process Lead or support Controls Coordinators, Launch Engineers, Simulation Specialists, Robot Specialists, and Automation Specialists Offer comprehensive management, tracking, resolution, follow-up, and reporting on project activities Travel may be required to support equipment installation We are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future.
