Join a team where compassion, collaboration, and excellence are at the heart of what we do.RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervise nursing staff and support the delivery of high-quality resident careAdminister medications, treatments, and nursing services in accordance with physician orders and facility policiesMonitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions, documentation, and communication occurCollaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plansProvide coaching, training, and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional growth and teamworkEnsure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control practices, and facility policiesMaintain accurate documentation of resident care, treatments, and clinical outcomesAddress clinical concerns, staffing issues, and resident care needs to ensure continuity of carePerform additional duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferredValid NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License requiredCurrent CPR Certification requiredSupervisory or leadership experience preferredExperience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferredStrong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to lead, mentor, and support nursing staffStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailCommitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered careBENEFITS:Paid Time Off (PTO) for Full-Time and Part-TimeWeekly or Same-Day Pay OptionsHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramRetirement Saving Options
