Experience working with automotive manufacturing machinery and equipment. Ability to contribute to a people-first, safety-focused workplace culture. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards, procedures, and protocols. PLC programming and troubleshooting experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work safely, efficiently, and independently in a fast-paced environment.
