Responsibilities include:Provide welcoming, professional customer service and build strong member relationshipsAccurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other transactionsHandle cash and maintain an accurate, balanced cash drawerLearn about members' needs and connect them with appropriate financial products and servicesAnswer questions and assist members with their banking needsAddress member concerns while maintaining a positive experiencePartner with coworkers to provide consistent, exceptional serviceFollow established cash-handling, security, compliance, and transaction proceduresWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDFriendly, professional, and positive approach to working with peoplePassion for helping others and creating a great customer or member experienceStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyComfortable working with cash, numbers, technology, and computer systemsAbility to multitask, stay organized, and provide quality service in a fast-paced environmentPrevious retail, hospitality, food service, sales, banking, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not requiredWillingness to learn and build a career in banking and financial servicesWork ScheduleThis full-time Teller position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
