Water Treatment Specialist Apprentice Cockeysville, MD

Carroll Water is seeking a motivated and dependable Water Treatment Specialist Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on opportunity to learn the water treatment industry while working alongside experienced technicians in residential and commercial environments. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Training is provided with opportunities for advancement into a Water Treatment Specialist or Water Treatment Technician role. Key Responsibilities Assist Water Treatment Technicians with installation, service, and maintenance of water treatment equipment Safely lift, carry, load, and unload equipment and materials Replace filters, collect water samples, and clean/maintain equipment Maintain clean and organized job sites Travel to customer locations throughout the Baltimore surrounding areas Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner Follow all company safety rules and procedures Assist with loading company vehicles and transporting materials to job sites Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Ability to safely use hand and power tools Strong work ethic, reliability, and organizational skills Self‑motivated with the ability to work in a team environment Willingness to learn and grow within the company Customer service skills and professional communication Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly Ability to bend, kneel, climb, crouch, and stand for extended periods Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions Ability to safely move equipment and materials in and out of customer homes and job sites Additional Requirements Pre‑employment background check required Motor vehicle/driving record check required Must be eligible to work in the United States Why Join Carroll Water?
