This role partners closely with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams to identify business opportunities, mitigate risks, optimize pricing strategies, and support through fact-based analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analytics & Strategic InsightsAnalyze business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance improvement initiatives.Develop actionable insights that support revenue growth, margin enhancement, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness.Translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations and executive-level presentations.Monitor key business and commercial performance indicators and proactively identify emerging opportunities and threats.Support strategic planning, forecasting, and business case development through data-driven analysis.Pricing Analysis & Profitability ManagementConduct detailed pricing analyses to support commercial decision-making and profitable growth strategies.Develop pricing recommendations utilizing market research, competitive intelligence, commodity trends, customer demand, and company objectives.Analyze customer profitability, price-volume-mix impacts, margin performance, and pricing effectiveness.Evaluate pricing structures and identify opportunities to improve profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.Support pricing governance and ensure consistent application of pricing methodologies across the business.Market Research & Competitive IntelligenceAnalyze market research, economic indicators, industry trends, and competitor activity to assess potential impacts on business performance.Monitor aluminum market conditions, industry pricing trends, supply-demand dynamics, and broader economic influences.Identify market opportunities, customer trends, competitive threats, and strategic growth initiatives.Provide timely insights and recommendations to commercial and business leaders on market developments.Cross-Functional Business PartnershipCollaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Leadership teams to solve business challenges and support decision-making.Serve as a trusted business partner by providing objective, data-supported recommendations.Support commercial strategies, growth initiatives, capital investment decisions, and continuous improvement efforts through analytical leadership.Present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Reporting & Data VisualizationDevelop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, and analytical models.Create meaningful business reporting that enhances visibility into financial, commercial, operational, and market performance.Drive improvements in reporting automation, data quality, and analytical processes.Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of business data used for decision-making.Required QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analytics, pricing analysis, commercial analytics, financial analysis, market intelligence, or a related analytical role.Experience working within a multi-functional or matrixed organization.Demonstrated success leveraging data to influence business decisions and drive measurable results.Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Professional SkillsExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and influence business performance.Ability to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends from both internal and external data.Proven experience conducting pricing analyses and developing pricing recommendations.Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex modeling and data analysis.Experience using business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms.Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and large-scale business databases.Experience with SQL, Power Query, or other data extraction and analytical tools preferred.Experience building automated dashboards and executive reporting solutions.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the aluminum, metals, manufacturing, or industrial products industries.Understanding of aluminum extrusion markets, products, and customers.Knowledge of commodity-driven pricing environments and market-index-based pricing methodologies.Experience analyzing commodity trends, cost drivers, and market pricing indicators.Exposure to commercial excellence, sales analytics,
