Sales Development Representative

The Role We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our growth. This role is focused on outbound prospecting — calling automotive shop owners and managers, qualifying interest, and booking demos for our Account Executives. If you’re competitive, coachable, and want a clear path into a closing role, this is the opportunity. What You’ll Do Make high-volume outbound calls to automotive shop owners and managers Qualify prospects and identify strong-fit customers Manage pipeline and activity in Close CRM Follow up via phone, text, and email Learn and communicate Speedpoint’s value clearly and confidently Work closely with leadership to sharpen messaging and improve results What We’re Looking For Required: Strong communicator, especially on the phone Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity Coachable and eager to improve every day Demonstrates consistent work ethic and ownership Nice to Have: Previous sales or SDR experience Experience with Close CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot Interest in or familiarity with the automotive/performance industry Startup experience or comfort in a fast-paced environment What Success Looks Like Consistent daily activity and strong work ethic High-quality conversations with qualified prospects Reliable demo scheduling for the sales teamContinuous improvement in conversion rates and messaging Becoming a trusted first impression of the Speedpoint brand Clear path to promotion into an Account Executive role OTE: $90,000 (base + uncapped bonus tied to demos booked and performance) Medical: Employer-paid medical coverage Work Environment: Wilmington, NC Growth: Direct access to leadership and a clear path to Account Executive #J-18808-Ljbffr Speedpoint LLC
